CO2 Framed

INvestors: There is a growing interest among investors in renewable energy related assets as they are considered to be a safe option for long-term, low risk investments. As a result, many specialized funds and asset managers are actively seeking new opportunities in the sector and hundreds of billions are available for RE projects considered viable. Nevertheless, these institutional investors can only invest directly in large projects such as multi-megawatt wind and solar farms oriented to supply energy to the wholesale energy market.

For wide scaling-up of CO2-FrAMed solution, CO2-FrAMed will require the collaboration of these institutional investors, that are not used to valuate small and medium sized distributed systems such as those required for PVI. So aggregation is needed. This aggregation is only possible if a high degree of standardization and technical and commercial reliability is observed during the origination process of the assets, a feature that is mainly absent in the current PVI deployment.
